payment
1. We accept T/T, Paypal, and China domestic bank (RMB).
2. For small amount, if all in stock, we will arrange shipment in 1-2 days after payment.
For quanity amount, usually we require 50% pre-payment and the rest of payment needs to be done before delivery.
3. Make sure that you have completed all the detailed infomation such as contact person, address, post code. and phone number.
Shipment
1. If you have Express account, eg:DHL/FedFx/ UPS/TNT ...or your own fowarder, you can provide the account or let your fowarder pick up product in our warehouse
2. The buyer are responsible for any insurance,problems, and demage which might be caused by shipment serice such as accident, delays or others issues.
3. If Ex-work ois ffered, the buyer should be resonsible for any tax or duty charges by their country.
4. For large quanitity, if you choice sea shipment, pallet or other requriedment need to be informed to us in advance.
Return &refund
1.We usually have 18 month warranty
2. All the goods are inspected before shipment , so the quality is assured.
3. The shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable and customer should be responsible for all the fee of returning and reshipping.
4. If there is RMA product, picture or video for the relevent sales should be sent to us. We will send accossory or new product to you after confirmation.
